Delivery Times

Items in stock are usually delivered within 2–5 business days in Lithuania and 5–15 business days to other countries from the date of payment.

Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are made to order. The standard production time is approximately 3–4 weeks. The exact time may vary depending on current demand and workload. Customers will be informed individually by email or phone about the estimated production and delivery time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, we offer free shipping — this will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please make sure the shipping address provided is accurate — incorrect information may result in delays or additional costs.

Shipping to the EU and Other Countries

We ship to most EU countries. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer’s failure to collect the parcel, we may request an additional fee to resend the order.
